7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The Administration that has failed to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Resource Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.3. 8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal or an electronic proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing or electronically of the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court of the city of Kirov, Kirov Region.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional terms

9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Tasager website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

11.1 The following personal data is collected using the application: last name, first name, middle name, email, height, weight, body part measurements, number of steps taken per day, number of calories burned, food consumed during the day (filled in by the user).

11.2 Data is collected exclusively with the voluntary consent of the user, transmitted only to the service server located at tasager.com in encrypted form;

11.3 All security labels specified in the Play Market application store are current and consistent with this privacy policy;

11.4 All collected data is processed exclusively by the Tasager service server, is not transferred to third parties, and the purpose of processing personal data is to personalize and improve the Tasager service;

11.5 All data collected by the application can be deleted upon the first request from the user to the hotline or self-deletion by the user;
